Homeschool Adventures: I like me Journal

Thursday we worked on a new journal for Ellie. She decorated it up with stickers and made her first entry.  This day we talked about the things she liked about herself. So she sat in front of the mirror and drew a picture of herself.

Homeschool Adventures-Fall Nature walk

We have been homeschooling for 3 weeks now. So yesterday we went on a nature hunt and talked about Tree's and the seasons. We collected some leaves for some art work.

She sorted all the pine cones by size, leaves by color, then size. Then we made our Trees.

Homeschool Adventures-How air moves

Today we did an "experiment" on how air moves. Ellie had a lot of fun with this one. Then we recorded the results in her journal.
